SASjs: open-source framework for building web apps on SAS (paid, open-source product line)

• Development of @sasjs/adapter, the JavaScript ↔ SAS communication layer: session recovery after token expiry, support for execution tasks, and Viya file uploads with arguments, with test coverage.
• Maintained security across the SASjs ecosystem (CLI, server, core, VS Code extension, React/Angular seed apps): CVE fixes, dependency pinning, and disabling npm install scripts.
• Contributed to the SAS Apps website (sasapps.io).

Multi-tenant dental practice management platform, built with a small team of friends between paid contracts. The project is currently on hold.

• The project pivoted from a broad ERP to a more focused and efficient solution, refining its functionalities. The decision was driven by feedback and resource considerations, and also to better fit our business needs.
• Multi-tenant architecture: many independent practices served from a single platform.
• I was involved with research, design, planning, and development across the React front end, the Java/Spring Boot API, and the Go admin service.
• The most notable feature I’ve worked on is the Odontogram, with dynamic selection, standardised data parsing, and visualisation.

• Closely worked with the support team to instantly respond to client issues, bug reports, and feedback.

• I established myself as a reliable software developer. I quickly became the go-to person for the support team for feedback and bug reports, including all custom reports and statistic requests that needed to be pulled directly from the database.
• Led the development effort to reduce the backlog, fix issues, and improve client satisfaction across the whole app experience, which resulted in a 50% reduction in client churn.

• Developed proof of concept SEO app for keyword optimizations.
